Book Recommendation: Modern Romance by Aziz Ansari

I recently finished Modern Romance by Aziz Ansari. He discusses how technology has affected relationships from friendships to marriage. He covers topics such as dating apps, snooping through phones of your partner, infidelity, and food.

Personally, what I found most interesting was how he connects the past and the present. He talks about the trends in breaking up over text, asking somebody out through email, and how many marriages begin online. The biggest takeaway for me is this: The more things change, the more they stay the same.

If you have read it, let me know what you think!

  1. I think he have right, much thinks we do online I thing about begin relationship is good but how to make serious relation without meet, only text or talk on skype or other programs’? I think people use this relation too much, how to live together when one person live in Canada and person two live in England, only way is have hope to this other person don’t think about this relationship is moment romance. We must meet to known who we really be. We don’t talk about all topic about what we can when we meet or live together.
